Who can see this CAPP Private — just you and Unsolved Needs. Only the ID, timestamp, status, and hash are ever visible, for verification. Network — private, plus visible inside a community you belong to, once group access opens. Profile — your organization and signer standing appear publicly; the ask itself stays private. Public — the full ask, on the record, under your organization’s name.

Plain-language terms — CAPP·A v0.1

What this is: a signed attestation of conditional demand — a formal, timestamped statement that, if your stated terms were met, you would buy. It exists so makers, backers, and the market can act on real demand instead of guessing.

What this is not: a purchase order, an offer capable of acceptance, or a payment obligation. No deposit is taken. Nothing obliges you to buy anything that does not meet the terms you stated. Declining a conforming offer carries no fee — it only affects your signer standing in the registry.

Verification: we verify signer identity, role, authority, and authenticity of signature before any record is marked Verified — never creditworthiness, never guaranteed conversion. Until then, records carry the status “Attested — verification pending.”

Instrument version: this is v0.1 of the CAPP·A form, released for the founding cohort. The formal instrument, authored for the platform’s public launch, may revise this text; existing attestations will be honored under the terms shown at their time of signing (the hash on your receipt anchors exactly what you signed).

Privacy: Private and Network records expose only the CAPP ID, timestamp, status, and hash; Profile adds your organization and standing; Public adds the ask itself. We store a salted hash of your connection IP, never the IP itself. Your email is used solely for verification and conforming responses.
